LIVE ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES
45 MINUTE DONATION-BASED FULL-BODY WORKOUTS
An incentive to take a mid day break, move your body and give back to local organizations and communities.
Every Tuesday at 1pm EST, we gather online to sweat together for 45minutes. Come with a yoga mat and let me guide you through the rest. All fitness levels welcome. Weights & elastics optional.
Next up: All proceeds will go to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
