PERSONAL TRAINING

In Person : 60 minutes of personalized training from the comfort of your home or in a gym setting. Allow me to safely guide you and encourage you to reach new limits.

Online : 60 minutes of personalized training online. Log in from anywhere in the world, whether you have equipment or not. We can feel good, move and track your progress from anywhere.
Program & Support: A personalized fitness program available to you on an app, tailored to your needs and goals. User friendly and accessible to track your progress. Weekly check-in’s and 24h support.

YOGA CLASSES

In Person or Online : 60 minute sessions tailored to your interests and goals; whether your focus is understanding specific postures, anatomy, philosophy, or breathing techniques. 

  • In Person: Deepen your practice with guidance and hands-on adjustments in the comfort of your home or a studio setting. 

  • Online : Achieve new breakthroughs from anywhere in the world with personalized classes, specific verbal cues, and guidance.

Group Classes at Studio Sukun : Join me for weekly community classes: Mondays 5pm, Wednesdays 12pm, Fridays 12pm and Sundays 10am

CORPORATE CLASSES

In Person Yoga or Training Classes : A great opportunity for companies to promote wellness within the workplace. An opportunity to educate and guide your group through understanding how specific areas of the body function and how proper movement can lead to improved physical health and mental clarity. Participants explore the connection between movement patterns and daily activities, fostering a deeper understanding of why movement is so essential to our lives.
